生肉食中毒死亡事件、どうも誰かが１００％悪い 責任がある という状況ではなさそうだ。
情報では肉の卸業者「大和屋商店」が最も責任が重そうだ。全国の店舗で発生しているので、出荷元で細菌が付着した可能性は高い。実際はユッケ用と知って販売しておきながら、知らなかったと居直るのも悪質だ。
唯、生食肉の現状を知りながら放置していた、典型的なお役所仕事の厚労省の不作為や、不用心に子供に生肉を与えた親の責任もゼロではない。
最も非難の矢面に立たされた焼肉レストラン「焼肉酒店えびす」、確かにここまで書いたように全ての責任があるとは思えない。しかし、動転したのか、社長が記者会見で発言した内容で、この企業の体質が露呈した。
「生食用の肉は実際には流通していません。でも全国の焼肉店はどこも加熱用肉で生食用のメニューを提供しています。それは抵触する法律が無いためで、法整備をすべきです。」
これ何？結局法律に触れなければ何をやってもいい、というスタイルだ。企業活動の指針は、法律に触れるかどうか、を考えるより先に、製品の安全と快適を担保することだ。
でも、決してこの一企業だけではなく、日本では名だたる大企業でも、この「法律に触れなければ・・・」というスタンスをとるところが多くみられる。何も発生していないときはよいが、一旦トラブルがあると このような醜い側面がクローズアップされる。その繰り返しだ。
結局これが 大切なものを後回しにして利潤追求に走った企業の哀れな末路である。
At an incident of food poisoning of raw meat, I do not think that only one part is responsible absolutely(100%).
To see news, the wholesale of meat "Yamatoya meat" seems to be the most responsible. Because food poisoning happened at some restaurants in Japan , there is a possibility that bacilli adhered at this wholesale.Although this wholesale sold meal knowing the usage is for YUKKE(raw meat in Korean style) actually, they are wicked to say "We did not know".
However, Ministry of Health,Labour and Welfare that has left it knowing the situation of serving raw meat like as a typical public office work , parents who had their child eat raw meat in careless , are also responsible a little.
As I mentioned the above,I do not think the barbecue restaurant "Barbecue Pub EBISU" that bears the brunt is responsible absolutely(100%). But the president uttered to be amazed before press and the feature of this company managing barbecue restaurants was revealed. He said.
"Actually raw meat for eating is not sold in the market.But all the barbecue restaurants in Japan serve
dished of raw meats made from meats for barbecue. Because there is not law that regulates it.
The government has to legislate and execute law that regulates about raw meat!"
What? After all this is an attitude that a company can do everything if only not to contravene the law.
In principle of company management , they must take precedence to secure safety and comfort of goods and services over to investigate whether it is illegal or not.
However , not only this small company, but many famous and huge companies in Japan seem to take such an attitude "in only not to contravene law..............." When any accidents do not happen , it is no problem. But ,
once an incident happens , the wicked face of a company is disclosed . This states have repeated in Japan
for many years.
At result, this is the pitiful end of the company that has given priority to pursue only profits of the most important matter for management.
