魚沼産コシヒカリをつかってご飯を炊いた
まず炊きあがり、色つやが他の米とは違ってツルツル光っている 美しい
お箸でつかむとネチッとお餅のような感覚 手ごたえがある
そして食べる
噛むほどにとても甘みが口の中に広がってくる 旨い
本当にご飯だけ？何もオカズは一緒に食べていないのに
どうしてこんなに甘いんだろう
何杯でもおかわり出来る
他には何も要らない
今まで無洗米は水分不足でパサパサのイメージがあったが、このお米はみずみずしい
忙しいときにも炊飯便利だ
I boiled KOSHIHIKARI made in Uonuma region Japan and cooked rice.
Uonuma KOSHIHIKARI is one of the most famous rice brand in Japan.
Just cooked rice is glossy on its surface different from other rice , beautiful!
And I feel it like as a rice cake ,picking by chopsticks. It's responsive!
I try.
Chewing and chewing , I feel so sweet in my mouth . It's delicious!
However I eat only this rice , with any other dishes.
What is this sweet taste?
I like to have another helping of rice , but no need any dishes else.
This rice is MUSENMAI(no process of washing rice in water before boiling).
Some thinks rice of MUSENMAI is not good in taste because it does not have enough water in it.
But Uonuma KOSHIHIKARI is fresh with enough water absorbed.
And it is convenient for everyone when it is busy.
