今回の大震災と津波の被害にあわれた方に心から哀悼の意を表します。
私も関東東北地方に友達やお客様がおられるのですごく心配です。
私は神戸の震災を体験しているので、すごく心が痛いです。
今回被災された方々が一刻もはやく平穏な生活をとりもどし、
元気になられることを心から願っております。
被災時に必要だと思われる救援物資についての情報をいただきました。

米→真空パックご飯か、水を入れて戻せるアルファー化米がいい

現場混乱してるから受け入れする余裕ないようです。
それと余震や津波の第２、３波の危険性があるから
来ても巻き込まれる可能性もあるのと、巻き込まれて余計な要救助者をだして、本来行く筈の人にレスキュー行かなくなって迷惑になるみたい。

各自治体、都道府県の対策本部に問い合わせをして
何が必要かを聞いてから送ったほうがいいみたい。
必要なものでも数が多すぎると迷惑になってまうし、不必要なものを送ったら手間が増えて、現場を混乱させてしまうらしいです。
阪神、新潟、博多の時など支援物資は大量に送られてくるけど、状況に見合わないものばかりで、必要なものは不足したまま必要のない支援物資が溜まって、保管場所すらなくて大変だから義援金で支援お願いしますって言われてたらしいですが、
義援金は道路の復興等に利用されるということも情報としてありました。
義援金詐欺が始まってます。
今振り込んでも銀行が運営してないので、月曜日でも変わりません冷静になってください
ボランティアへ参加する方たちへ
遠くの被災者も心配ですが、自分の近くにいる家族、特に孤独なお年寄りの話し相手になってあげてください。
声をかけたり、手を握ってあげてください

異国で言葉の壁等があり、心細くなっていると思いますので、そういった方にも声をかけてあげるといいと思います。
