Black Truffle is Black Diamond.
Due to Grobal Warming, the nunmer of truffle's production is decreasing.
The country of production is France, Italy and Spain.
In the 19th century, the production was 1000-1600 tons, at present it is 100 tons.

Truffle cannot live more than 3 weeks without water and is sensitive to frost.
So currently, the producers are carrying out research with researchers to prevent truffle from drought or frost.
