職場は郵便局から遠い。
真夏の炎天下でも真冬の大寒波でも、たった１通の郵便物の重さを量りに、郵便局まで歩いて行かなければならない。
しかし、ついに、職場でレタースケール（料金表つき！）を購入した。
これで、郵便局まで行かなくても、重さ分の切手を貼って、歩いて１分のポストへ投函すれば済む 
My office is far from the nearest post office.
I had to make a short trip to it just to weigh a single piece of mail, whether it was under the scorching mid-summer sun or it was in the midst of the intense cold of mid-winter.
But finally, I purchased a letter scale (complete with a postal rate table!) for the office.
Now, I'm freed from the need to go to the post office! I only have to put a stamp for the weight of the idem on an envelope and to drop it in the nearby post box, which is just a one-minute walk away.
