MOSCOW(Kyodo)...A group of orphans
living in a childcare facility near
Moscow visited the Japanese Embassy
in Russia to deliver 1,000 paper
cranes they folded to pray for
children affected by the March 11
national disaster.
Five children from the orphanage
Young Guard in Vnukovo visited the
embassy Friday and presented the
cranes to a minister, Keiji Ide.
Ide promised them he would deliver
the cranes to Japan.
露の遺児ら、日本に千羽鶴
モスクワ近郊の児童養護施設に住む遺児の
グループが、在露日本大使館を訪れ、千羽鶴を
届けた。鶴は３月11日、日本を襲った地震で
被災した子供達に向けて、彼らが折ったもの。
ヴヌコボの児童施設から５人の子供達が金曜、
大使館を訪れ、井出敬二公使に折り鶴を手渡した。
井出公使は折り鶴を日本へ届けることを
約束した。
