It is my pleasure to attend Weiss Engineering Korea distributor Sonoris "Digital Audio Seminar" on May 1st, 2nd, 2009. We setup a very simple and effective CAS system. A Macbook + Weiss Minerva firewire DAC and playback various sources from CD, youTube and Hi-Res materials. The playback system includes Switzerland Soulution Audio preamp and mono block power amp. The speaker is Peak Consulanting "Dragon". Sonoris showroom is very large, which can easily fits over 40 people. It is also be used as product review location by few Korea audio magazine.
The attendants are all very much impressed by the Minerva DAC, especially with hi-res materials. The seminar talks about digital theories, computer as source, file based audio advantages etc.
CAS is proven in such a high end system. Thank you very much Mr. Kim for all the supports and inspiration. We will keep in touch.
