for the first time in a long time
I didn't take a single drop of booze.
must say this feels pretty great..
being on the road probably didn't help either..
finally got to treat my liver like I should've been.

とりあえず、今日は久々の休肝日でした。

無事に28歳。最高の誕生日でした。

another day off in Taipei tomorrow then flying back to Tokyo.
