View this post on Instagram 10/2発売 THE RAMPAGE from EXILE TRIBE / FIRED UPの作詞とボーカルディレクションをしています。ENGLISH BELOW SWAG & PRIDEに収録されているこの曲、何があっても前に進みもうとし続ける彼らの気持ちを代弁するつもりで書きました。 写真はあるレコーディングの日の2人。FIRED UPのことインスタに書く時に載せたいっていったら『いいですよー』ってたくさんポーズしてくれました。壱馬くんは入り時間が最後だったので写真には写ってませんが、今日も3人ともいい歌を歌ってくれて俺は大満足でした。 ちょっと歌詞の話をしようかな。 失敗をしない人は成功もしないんだそうです。確かに、自分のキャパを超えるようなチャレンジを何もしてなかったら、失敗せずに生活できますよね。 失敗は何かに果敢に立ち向かった証拠。そして、立ち向かわないと成功には絶対にたどり着かない。 そう考えると、失敗したくなりませんか？失敗して自分を褒めてあげたい、それが成功への道だよ！と。 そんなことを歌詞を書く時に考えてました。聞く人に少しでも何か伝わっていたらええなー。 Rampage’s new song, Fired Up is released today, and I wrote the lyrics of it and worked on the song as a vocal director. Someone said, you are destined to fail if you want to succeed. If you’re not failing at anything, it’s as if you’re not doing anything challenging at all, which makes sense. This is something that you need to keep in mind all the time, especially when you want to achieve something big, and you’re a bit under the weather. I need to keep reminding me of this.
