Update ruby to 2.1.1

Enviroment
OS: Mac OS 10.9.2
Ruby: 2.0.0(before update to 2.1.1)
Rails: 4.0.4

Problems
I updated ruby 2.0.0 to 2.1.1 and add to Gemfile ruby '2.1.1'.
Then problem has occurred.
When execute rails s, it fails and message 

Your Ruby version is 2.0.0, but your Gemfile specified 2.1.1
is displayed.

Solution
I tried many things, but I can't solve.
But when execute bundler update, I finally resolved that problem.

TOEIC practical exam

I took TOEIC practical exam of Oxford.
It is a first time that I have taken a exam.

The score was 400, listening is 125 and reading is 275.

I felt that reading test is so difficult to me.
And I was short of time in reading test so I could not answer last 20 questions.

Cherry-blossom viewing

I went to see the cherry-blossom with my family and our friend's family at a nearby park.

We ate a lunch box, drunk alcohol-free beers, played with our kids, we had a great time there!

My three years son can run a lot lately than before, he always run, run, run.
I thought he does not like to run and not good at running, so I am surprised.
I will play with him outside henceforth more than even before.

 

Should I study TOEIC?

I don't have toeic score. Of course I've heared of the name 'toeic', but I was not interested.

I thought that practices are more important for language than qualification.

But my friend says that toeic score may be very important if I hope join the foreign company or hope getting promote.

So I decided to study toeic.

But I don't know what should I do.

Even now I read a English book about IT and listen to English podcast on Iphone, is it not enough?

What do you think shiuld I do besides above?

I am a system engineer.

I think I can read books or articles written by English, but output ( speaking and writing ) is difficult for me.
