Finally, I write a post about food – my favorite subject! And to develop this post I talked to some Japanese to ask for directions to their favorite restaurants in Tokyo. Therefore, restaurants with sushi, udon, soba, and even organic food were some of the recommended ones on this list. Can't wait to try them all 😍

L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon
At the French restaurant of the renowned chef, with 2 Michelin stars, in Roppongi Hills, you can eat at the extensive and beautiful counter. By the way, the biggest one I've seen in its restaurants – by the way, with the traditional red decoration. A mix of casual and elegant at the same time. From there, the diner observes every detail of the dishes made by young chefs of different nationalities.

Ginza Iwa
With 1 Michelin star, the restaurant has only 7 seats at the counter. Also, don't wait for menus. The menu is Omakase and the customer only informs the chef if he has any food intolerance. In fact, it is impossible not to have interaction between the seven diners seated side by side, after all, the dishes are served simultaneously to all.

There are two booking times, that is, only 14 lucky ones per night will have the chance to taste the delicacies of young Hisayoshi Iwa, very friendly and witty. Even when the customer says he doesn't like something, with his funny way, he tries to convince you to try it. So when you realize it, you've experienced everything that's been offered.

Kisoji – shabu shabu
One of the most popular ways to eat beef in Japan is shabu shabu. In this dish, the meat is served sliced raw, and it is cooked in a pan at the center of the customers' table. In it, meat is quickly boiled in this pot with tempered water, along with vegetables, tofu, and other types of meat. The term shabu shabu came from an onomatopoeia that refers to the sound of food being cooked in hot water.

Kisoji is a restaurant suggested by Chihiro. Despite being another more expensive restaurant, it works on the all-you-can-eat scheme.
