Hello, yesterday, I was talking about some noodles which are eaten in Japan and California rolls. Today, I would like to introduce other kinds of sushi that are loved in forign coutries.
Have you ever heard about "Dragon Roll"? (ドラゴンロールって聞いたことあるかなぁ？？） I have never eaten it until I moved to the United States. Inside of the dragon roll is really creative style of sushi. そのドラゴンロールの中身というのは創作的なお寿司で。。。アボガドとうなぎのふとまきの上にさらにアボガドスライス＆たっぷりとうなぎのたれをどろぉりとかけた、、日本人の昔ながらのお寿司とは違ってこってりこってりのＳｕｓｈｉなのでした
その他にもPhiladelphia Roll （フィラデルフィアロール）といって、有名なPhiladelphia Cream Cheese（有名なフィラデルフィアクリームチーズ）やサーモンなどを巻いた太巻きも人気でした。
創作和食レストランなどでも、最近はそのようなお寿司もserveされているようですが、日本のお寿司の枠にとらわれないアイディアを逆に日本が今は取り入れているというのはおもしろいですね♪
