Weekend at the park公園での出来事

I did not write for a while but Oasis was taking care of updating this blog to keep touch with

Too many things happening recently; I want to tell you the story that shows how life can be stressful even during holiday time!
We went to the park close to our house with friends to spend the afternoon, after spending an hour the police car came and asked people with on a megaphone to move the cars parking close to the park... Suddenly panic took aver the quite park.
It was really shocking because:
- The area is VERY quite and nobody heard of this kind of incident.
- The road where the cars were stopped is usually not used.
- It was a Saturday and PLUS golden week!
- Most of the people were there with families: kids, old people, some playing games...
etc...
So why? I did not ask, but apparently some people in the area called the police! I am sure that tis person is either mentally disturbed person or a lonely person that finds fun in calling police and watch the mess of the aftermath. I am not against the law but there are ways for applying the law: they could have asked people quitley to move the car, they could have explained why so next time no car will be parked there...
That park is public place and people come from many places to play with their newborn kids or old parents.
That shows again how the mentality of following manually the instructions can never win people hearts and some japanese are very good at that.
先日、友達が遊びに来てくれたので、近くの公園に一緒に行ったときのこと。
しばらくすると、パトカーが大音量のスピーカーで
「駐車中の車を今すぐ移動させてください！！」
と言って、駐車している車を移動させるまで、しつこく繰り返していました。
パトカーの中を見ると、３人も警察官が乗っているのには驚きました。
ここまでする必要があるのでしょうか？
なぜなら、
・ここは静かな公園で、子供づれの家族や、お年寄りが平和な時間を過ごすためにただ来ているだけ。
警察官が３人も来るほど、危険な場所とは思いません。
・この公園には駐車場がない。遠くから来る人や歩けないお年寄りは、公園を利用できないのか？
・公園沿いのこの道は車の往来も少なく、普段車が止まっていることはほとんどありません。
仕事に疲れたサラリーマンが車をとめて、時々休憩していることはあります。
・この場所に車を止めて、買い物や電車に乗る人はいません。なぜなら、駅から離れているし、警察が注意をしたら、みんな車に戻って、急いで車を走らせたので。
いつだったか、どこかの公園で、噴水で遊ぶ子供たちの声がうるさい。と近隣の住民が苦情を言って、噴水が閉鎖されたことがありましたね。
日本は、”ドラムを買ってあげるけど、決してたたいてはいけないよ”というどこかの国の格言そのものの国に思えます。
警察は、”人々の安全を守るため”とどこかの国のパトカーには書いてありますが、日本の警察も、本来は国民の生活を守るため、税金で雇っている職員です。
国民をびくびくさせるためにあってはならないと思います。
もし、仮に、駐車が問題であったら、わざわざ拡声器を使って、大声で脅かす必要があるでしょうか？
ランチを食べて楽しんでいる家族ひとりひとりに、声をかけて回ってもいいのではないか？と思いました。
３人もいるのですし・・・
「すみません・・・」
と小走りで走って、車を移動する人たち。
私たちは、いつからこんなに警察を恐れるようになったのでしょう？
これって”警察＝怖い”の洗脳のようにおもえます。
私たちは法を守らない人間ではありません。ただ、皆さんに、疑問を投げかけたいのです。
