Versionは忘れたが、ServiceAbility画面から、Subscriberを参照できない場合の対処法。
【エラーメッセージ】
Connection to the Server cannot be established(Unknown Error)
【事象】
PublisherのService Abilityより、
Subscriber画面が参照できない
【対処】
PublisherのTomcatサービスを再起動する
※再起動はCLIより実施する。
※GUIで実施しようとすると下記メッセージ
「This service cannot be started/stopped from GUI .It has to be done via CLI.」
【コマンド】
utils service restart Cisco Tomcat
【備考】
再起動コマンド実行時、下記メッセージが表示されるがそのままにしておく。
Don't press Ctrl-c while the service is getting RESTARTED.
If Service has not Restarted Properly, execute the same Command Again
Service Manager is running
