IE Venture Lab Day 1 (4/14)
I’m not in the picture but my teammates are. It started at 2 in the morning JST (7 pm in Madrid). Our turn came at around 3 am.
We are creating an online language school. My teammate said we hire British tutors only and British English is our USP. The professor asked why. I told him that British English is easier to speak: e.g. silent R, no flap T. Then he said, “Why don’t you say so!?” (on the landing page). He’s a good professor, IMO.
