I made pumpkin soup yesterday.
It's very basic, super easy to make.
The essentials are:

ハロウィン pumpkin filling (un-sweetened! It's not for pie, but savory soup~)

ハロウィン chicken broth

ハロウィン fresh sage

also:
ハロウィン cumin
ハロウィン milk
ハロウィン salt & pepper

After it's done it looks something like this:

A single chopped sage leaf on top, garnished with crumbled feta cheese.
It turned out yummy, but I think I will add more pumpkin next time (I used one can, I feel that it would be better with two cans), to make the soup a bit thicker.
It will also probably go really well with croutons or crackers.男

I also made myself open-faced tuna-salad melts:

With swish cheese and tomato slices. Yuuum

My first attempt at making チャーハン.

c'est une bossa nova♪

I had a recipe to follow, but I modified it.
Instead of frozen veggies, I used all fresh ones. I also added black olive.
Instead of oyster sauce, I used fish sauce -- because I had no oyster sauce. But you know, it turned out great! I've to get some oyster sauce from the market for next time though.
I cooked the soy-sauce-marinated shrimp in their shells to contain their flavor, and peeled them after cooling.. Yummylicious.好

Our simple lunch was paired with a spinach & tomato salad.

I also made the salad dressing:
extra virgin olive oil,
balsamic vinegar,
minced garlic and
Bulgarian feta cheese.

Yum yum.(-^□^-)
