昨夜のNTC練習中、３人がサイドに呼ばれ一次警告を受けたらしい。
Iまだ始まって約１ヶ月だけど、既にキックアウトされる可能性ありということ。
言っていた通り、容赦しないってことか・・・。
それぞれのコーチから、チームへのfeed back。
何を教わるかも重要だけど
誰に教わるかも大事だと思う。
I want to let you know that I was extremely pleased with yesterday's game.
Some people measure success on whether you win or lose. I do not.
Youth soccer should be about development, wins and championships are great and an added
bonus but based on yesterday's game I am much happier to be the coach of our team than
I would be of Chilliwack. We played better soccer than they did, relied on skill rather than
hoping the other team makes a mistake.
The work ethic was awesome and I think everyone played well. It was unfortunate that their
goalkeeper also chose to play an excellent game.
The hard work and focus on playing good soccer will pay off.
I thought the quality of our play at times was very good and you improved over the course of the game in the areas I asked you to.
Great players can fit into any system or strategy and make it work and you all proved you
are great players but doing that today.
If each of you think back in the game you will be able to find places in the game that you were brilliant and that is what separates good players from great players.
