I don't like to do deep cleaning in the winter. It's too cold!
I much prefer to do spring cleaning. This week, my husband and I are doing spring cleaning together.
Open the windows and let in the fresh air.
Wash the windows and the curtains and clean the blinds.
Dust everything. ("Dust" as a verb means "to remove dust".)
Vacuum all the nooks and crannies (隅々まで) and behind the funiture.
Then, if I still have any energy left, I will try to steam clean the floors.
There are many, many things left to do even after we finish those tasks. I still need to get to work in my jungle garden!
