Recently I'm on a raw cabbage kick.  

At first, I started eating it because it's healthy and low calorie.

That's when I realized (気付きました)how delicious raw cabbage isビックリマーク

It's crunchy and moist and a little sweet--a perfect snack.

If I eat one, I can't stop!  It's like potato chips!爆  笑

I'm also eating Japanese yams (サツマイモ), natto--fermented (発酵)soybeans--and mozuku seaweed (もずく) and genmai (brown rice) almost every day.  

I'm on a health kick!
