We welcomed a guest from the U.S. and gave her lesson on "Ichiju-sansai".
She was very good at cooking and her chopsticks skills were really good.
She wanted to cook Japanese home cooking at home, so she was very interested in the whole process.
She also knew a lot about miso, and she tasted the red miso, which she said she had never seen before.
