In February, I started a new three-month Japanese home style cooking lesson.

They are seasonal, easy to make, and healthy dishes.

We will offer lessons once a month for three months about Sushi, Lunch box (Japanese bento), “Ichiju-sansai” traditional Japanese dishes. The menu will change from August.

You can also take lessons for only one lesson.

In these lessons, you will experience the “Umami” of “dashi” made from bonito flakes and kelp, the basics of Japanese cuisine.

 

 

Maximum number of participants is 4

Time is from 10:30 to 12:30

The fee for 3 lessons is 12,150 yen per person (sign up for 3 months at once)

If you attend only one lesson, the lesson fee is 4,500 yen.

There is also an optional Matcha tea making experience (1,000 yen).
