１９日の計画停電回避に際し、東電の広報。。。
皆様の、高い節電意識と、その実行力、
日本のすべての地域の方々が、
『被災者と共にある』
という、本当にすばらしい、
得がたいほどの高い志の下、
本日までの計画停電は、ほぼ成功し、
最悪の事態たる予測不能な大規模停電を、
回避することができております。
ひとえに、皆様方のご協力により、
事なきを得ておりますこと、
これ、間違いなく、
感謝に絶えません。
ご協力、ありがとうございます。
如何ながら、一部、
計画予定外の停電が起きて、
ご迷惑をおかけした地域も、
発生いたしましたことは、事実でございます。
また、設備、技術の限界により、
被害の大きな地域までもが、
計画停電の範囲として、
組み込まれておりますことも、
大変心苦しく存じ上げますが、
それぞれ、
諸般の課題を総合判断した上で、
安全迅速なる復興への全体最適を目指す中、
