私に任せて！
Leaveは動詞で「離れる」「出発する」や「去る」と言う意味がありますが、「置いておく」と言う意味もあります。
だから、Leave it to me. それは(その件は)私に置いておいて=私に任せて
と言う感じ。
Leave it with me. は、「とりあえず私が預かるよ」と言う感じで、前置詞一個で全然意味が変わっちゃいます。
Oh my gosh... I don't have time but I haven't finished making dessert yet!
