それはそれはどうも‼︎ (皮肉なお礼)
I forgot to tell you that I baked a
'Gateau au chocolat' on the Valentine's Day for my hubby and my parents.
My hubby gave me a compliment and said I could sell the cake at some cafe!!
そう言えば、バレンタインに旦那様と両親の為にガトーショコラを焼きました！
旦那様は褒めてくれたし、店に出せるね！とまで言ってくれたのに…
両親ときたら、
「う～ん…店は無理やな。」「何か足りない！あっ！ハチミツか！」
と言いたい放題‼︎ 笑
そう言う時英語では
"Thanks for saying that!"
とか"oh thanks! You made my day!"
良いことを言われた時に返す言葉を
あえて言ったりします‼︎
日本語ではあまりない事ですね。
Anyway, nobody say honest things but parents ;-)
So I need to appreciate that!!
I'll bake better one for them soon!!
正直な事言ってくれるのって両親や身内だけですもんね！感謝しなくちゃ‼︎もぅ少し美味しいの焼いてあげまーす♪
