そうそう、ある生徒さんのお爺ちゃんお婆ちゃんが隣町の君津でお蕎麦屋さんをなさっていると聞いていました。
Oh, yes. That’s it! I had heard that one of my students’ grand parents were running a soba restaurant in the next city, Kimitsu.
ちょっと遠いですが天気も良いしドライブがてら出かけてみました。
A little bit distant but it seemed good to drive there. It was a beautiful day.
お店の名前は「かみ山」
The shop’s name was KAMIYAMA.
いただいたのは天麩羅蕎麦。
What I enjoyed was a bowl of tempura soba.
海老がプリプリで甘味があり、
The shrimp tempura was plumping and chewy with subtle sweetness.
野菜天もサクサク。
The vegetable tempura was crispy.
おつゆのダシが上品で❣️
The soup was exquisite!
大満足でした😄
It made me so happy.
お婆ちゃまがお若くて、とても美人さんでした。
The grandma was young and beautiful.
