I had to work late last night, until midnight! I didn't get home until around 1am.By the time I got to sleep it was nearly 2am ...

But to make matters worse I had an appointment with my trainer at the gym this morning at 6am

I felt really unmotivated
but I still got out of bed and went...I was terribly tired an unco-ordinated
I just wanted to be at home sleeping ...

The workout was really hard
especially since I haven't been to a gym for ages.But I felt good that I went, and now I have heaps of energy

But...
I have to work until midnight again tonight!
