サウンド楽器を体験してから
ランチ&お茶タイム。
10年ほど前にレイキ講座をくださった方も、去年講座を受けてくださった方も
レイキさせていただくのも受けるのも本当に至福の時間。
お昼はしそと梅のご飯など。
長崎のお茶も大変美味しくいただきました🙏
日常でいそがしくなりがちな日々だからこそ、こういう時間を大切にしたい🌿🍵
と感じてます。

Colour and Reiki Tea Gathering

Spend a relaxing Reiki time,
Experience sound instruments,
Then enjoy lunch and tea time.
It is truly blissful to both give and receive Reiki.
For lunch, we had rice with shiso and ume. The tea from Nagasaki was also very delicious. 🙏
Especially because our daily lives tend to get busy, I feel it’s important to cherish this kind of time. 🌿🍵
