I finally travelled to India during this chinese new year
At this time, North India is still in Winter, so it's not so hot there. Because of this reason, I decided to go to India.
I arrived at New Dehli very early mornig and met up my Indian guide, Mr. Mishra. He used to run his Indian restaurant in Japan for 15 years, so his Japanese was very fluently.
After having breakfast at Hilton Hotel, we headed to Red Fort at first. This is the fort constructed by the 5th emperor of Mughl dynasty. At that time, it was very foggy, so the photo was not so clear. But the air was cool, it was good to take a walk around this huge place.
And then we took a Rickshaw (Bicycle Taxi) and went through Chandni Chowk (Bazaar). It was very thirilling because the place was so crowded, but it was fun.
After that we went to Jamma Masjid (Mosque) and then drove pass Raj Ghad (the place where Gandhi was assasinated). It was really shame that we couldn't visit there on foot.
At the way to Agra, we had lunch, it was the first curry in India. The restaurant is very humble but the thali (set meal) tasted good. After very long driving, we arrived at Agra. The hotel was ITC Mughal Agra, we got up-graded, so the room was fantastic. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. This was also very nice.
