The other day my hubby got a cold
Fortunately he didn't have a high fever this time, but he had a cough and a sore throat. He was going to the doctor after finishing work, but he couldn't, so the next day he was absent from work and went to the clinic
, which is for Japanese people. He was told from a docter that Influenza has been raising again these days. Both of us haven't had a vaccination against flu yet
After examination, he received a lot of medicines
. I can't believe that! Is it really neccessrary for him? Was that doctor really good?
When I catch a cold, I never take a medicine, I take Vitamin C
a lot and sleep tight
. I think antibiotic could weaken our body.
Everywhere we go in Singapore, the inside of the building or transport is too cold
. It's crazy and it's not eco-friendly. The big difference between cold and hot is bad for our health
I think that is because my hubby is liable to catch a cold. Some doctor said " If your body temperature is raised up by one, you don't get sick". It makes sense
My normal temperature is slightly higher than the average, so I've never caught a bad cold for many years. My hubby should try raising his temperature somehow
