Actually I regreted taking the allergic test. Ignorance is bliss
Now I manage to avoid egg, yeast, cowmilk etc. whenever possible. Sometimes I don't care it. Now I'm taking the supplements from my doctor. These are lactic acid and Omega-3 fatty acid. Before that I'd already started to take Omega-3 because I heared it was good for skin and brain.
The human body can't synthesize Omega-3. I mostly use it as a salad dressing. My hubby eats it with bread. Why is it good for Allergy? One of the reasons is to reduces inflammation. I hope it will improve my body![]()
