Frosty the Snowman, was a jolly happy soul,

With a corn cob pipe and a button nose, and two eyes made of coal.

Frosty the Snowman, is a fairytale, they say.

He was made of snow, but the children know he came to life one day.

so he said, "Let's run, and we'll have some fun now, before I melt away."
だから、彼は言ったんだ。「走って今楽しんどこう。僕が溶けてしまう前に」
Down to the village, with a broomstick in his hand,
村を降りて行った、手にほうきをもって
Running here and there, all around the square,
あちこち走り回って、広場いっぱいに
sayin', "Catch me if you can."
「捕まえられるなら、捕まえてみろ」って言いながら。
He led them down the streets of town, right to the traffic cop;
彼は、子供たちを街の通りを先々と連れて行く、交通巡査の真ん前に！
and only paused a moment, when he heard him holler, "Stop!"
そして、ほんの僅か間を開けただけで、「止まれ！」とおまわりさんが言うのを聞いたんだ。
For Frosty, the Snowman, had to hurry on his way,
雪だるまのフロスティは、急がなきゃならなかったんだ
But he waved goodbye, sayin' "Don't cry, I'll be back again some day."
でも彼は、「泣かないで、いつかまた帰ってくるから」と言いながら、サヨナラと手を振った。
