今回は、これまでに話してきたこととは全く違った事について話そうと思います。このサイトを立ち上げたとき、私のブログを訪れてくれる人たちが、どういう目的で英語を習っているのかと思い、そして、もし助けを求められたときに少なからず答えられるようにとアンケートを書きました。
You can see it in the questionnaire on the left sidebar of my blog pages. Click on the "See the results" button. There is a comment from someone who wants to study abroad or stay in an English-speaking country for an extended period of time, saying that this person wants to speak ill of a particular country in English. And then, to my admiring surprise, there is this young man who is in his 20's from Gifu, saying that the comment is uncalled for.
アンケートは、左のサイドバー下方にまだ出してあります。『結果』いうボタンを押してみてください。留学或いは英語圏に長期滞在したいという所に印を付けた方が、ある国を名指しで非難したいと言っています。しかし、私の心が温まったのは、このコメントに対し、岐阜に住む20代の男性が、そんな事を言ってはいけないと意見をされていることです。
First, I would like to give my applauds to this young man from Gifu who had a courage to express himself. And I would like to suggest that we all give him a big hands here.
まず、この勇気ある岐阜の青年に私は、大きな拍手をお送り致します。そして、このブログを読んでくださった方たちに、この青年に拍手を送っていただけるようにお願いいたします。
On the contrary, for the person who had to write this sad comment, who wants to study abroad/stay extended period of time, I recommend you to do a little soul search to find your right heart. It is very difficult to be angry at the right person/thing at the right time with the right manner for the right duration. This is a misplaced anger. May you find your peace in your heart.
それに対し、この寂しいコメントを書いた留学/長期滞在希望の方には、貴方の心のなかにある、正しい心を探されることを提案します。人には、怒るべき時に、怒るべき人/或いは物事に対し、正しい表現方法で、妥当な期間怒ることは、難しいことです。私は、これを貴方のやり場を間違えた怒りであろうと解釈します。貴方の心に平安あれと、祈ります。
私は、このことに付いてこれ以上申し上げません。
