It's the best time of the year in Tokyo. Sakura is blooming everywheeeeere!! So beautiful!! and, it's also a time for great Hanami and parties! .... Spring has come!!
Sakura Cafe opened on the great lawn of Tokyo Midtown, designed by Klein and Dytham Architecture. The Opening Reception was pretty cool. It was so cold and I felt bad for the girls who had to act as cones around the entire cafe, but other than that, the champagne was Moet, snacks were done by Toraya. It's cool to see Toraya's traditional, beautiful wagashi with the sakura and traditional Japanese culture of hanami, all in the cool, modern way. So Tokyo.
