わしょクックウエストの3人で講師として参加したオンラインイベントが無事終了しました！
準備からリハーサル、当日までドキドキで、実際ネット落ちてバタバタでしたが、それでも楽しさと充実感が上回ったイベントでしたよ。
The online event that the three of us at WASHO COOKWEST participated in as instructors has come to a successful conclusion!
From the preparation to the rehearsal and the day of the event, we were all very excited, and in fact, we were so busy that the internet went down, but it was still an event that was more than enjoyable and fulfilling.

われわれ関西の出番が無事終わったので、私は東海と北海道のイベントにもリラックスして楽しんで参加しましたよ
名古屋の八丁味噌を使った「五平餅」クルミ味噌とごま味噌だれは、初めて作って初めて食べたのですが味噌の風味とマッチしてとっ～ても美味しかったです。
北海道グルメでは、ブール丸ごと器に使うチーズフォンデュを楽しみましたよ。私はブールが手に入らなかったので、大きなフランスパン1本まるごとチーズソースをなみなみと注ぎ、リッチな気分を味わいました。北海道は何とピアノ生演奏のサプライズ付き！
私もワイン片手に最高の一日をゆったり終えました。
ご参加くださった皆様、講師の先生方、企画プロジェクトの皆様、わしょクック富永先生、本当にありがとうございました。
東海地方や北海道にもぜひぜひ足を運んで、美味しいローカル料理を味わいたいです
Now that we in Kansai are safely out of the way, I enjoyed the events in Tokai and Hokkaido, relaxing and having fun!
I made and tasted for the first time "Gohei-mochi" using Nagoya's Hatcho miso with walnut miso and sesame miso sauce, which matched the flavor of the miso and was very delicious.
I also enjoyed a cheese fondue using a whole Boule bread as a bowl. I couldn't get a boule bread, so I poured cheese sauce all over a large French bread and enjoyed the richness of the sauce. What a surprise for Hokkaido with a live piano performance!
I also finished the day with a glass of wine in one hand, relaxing and enjoying a great day.
I would like to thank everyone who attended, the lecturers, the project team, and Mrs. Tominaga of Washo Cook.
I would definitely like to visit the Tokai region and Hokkaido to taste delicious local cuisine!
