カクテルタイムでのこと【琵琶湖マリオットホテル】

昨日は朝から子供ちゃんを部活の練習試合のために他校に送り届け🚐私はセリアで買い物したくてオープンまでの間にゆっくりモーニングを利用していました

このブログの途中まで書いていたのですが例の詐欺電話がかかってきて続きを書く気になれず、今日書いています

先日琵琶湖マリオットホテルに宿泊した際の出来事を書き留めておきます

琵琶湖マリオットのカクテルタイム(イブニングスナックタイム)で提供されることのあるシーフードマリネお試しされた方いらっしゃるかと思うのですが、以前の味付けとは変わって酸味が強くなっていると、こちらのブログにも書いていたのですが、少し前からまた酸味の強くない味付けに変わっていました

以前のお味かな？とも思ったりちょっと違うかな？とも思ったりするのですが、酸味強いバージョンよりは食べやすいなと思うのでご報告

I was halfway through this blog but after I got the scam phone call as an example, I didn't feel like writing the rest of it, so I'm writing today

I would like to note the events of my recent stay at the Lake Biwa Marriott Hotel

I'm sure there are other people besides me who have had the seafood marinade that is sometimes served during cocktail hours (evening snack hours) at the Lake Biwa Marriott. I had written in this blog that the seasoning had changed from the previous one, becoming more acidic, but it was changed again a while ago to a less acidic flavor.

Marinades are often used to taste “like it used to taste?” Or, “Does it taste a little different?” I am happy to report that the marinade is easier to eat than the acidic marinade.

そして、カクテルタイムの定番カクテルから姿を消していた滋賀リブレですが

なんと

先日の宿泊の際、平日だったからかスタッフさんに余裕があるようで、お願いしたナンバーのカクテルを持ってきていただいた際に「材料があれば他のカクテルもお作りできます」とおっしゃってくださったので、思い切って滋賀リブレが作れるか聞いてみたところ作れるとのことで久々にいただきました～

コーラが甲賀コーラを使用しているので「滋賀」リブレなんだと思うので、甲賀コーラは無理かなあと思ったのですが作ってくださってありがたい～

なんだか先日の宿泊はスタッフさんにも余裕があったのか何人かの方にお声掛けいただけて（1人で寂しそうやった説もある）

・カクテルのご案内をして作ってくださった女性スタッフさん

・ラウンジで「いつもご利用ありがとうございます」とおっしゃってくださった少し前からお見掛けするようになった男性スタッフさん

・朝食時に「おはようございます。いつもありがとうございます」って顔を見てニッコリ笑ってお声掛けくださった数年前からお見掛けするようになったスタッフさん

・チェックアウト時にお声掛けいただいた前からおられる男性スタッフさん

お名前はわかりませんが、良いスタッフさん達に運営されている良いホテルだなあとしみじみ感じました

And about the Shiga Libre, which had disappeared from the cocktail hour staple.

What a surprise

When I stayed at the hotel the other day, perhaps because it was a weekday, the staff seemed to have plenty of time to spare. When they brought me the number cocktail I had ordered, they said, “We can make other cocktails if we have the ingredients. Please order another one. I boldly asked the staff if they could make a Shiga Libre, and they said they could, so I had a Shiga Libre for the first time in a while.

I think Shiga Libre is “Shiga” Libre because it uses Koka Cola, so I thought it would be impossible to prepare Koka Cola, but they made it. I am glad.

During my recent stay, I was often approached by staff. (Maybe I looked lonely and alone)

・The female staff explained that they could make other cocktails, and they did.

・At the lounge. A male staff member who has been working there for a little while, who spoke to me, “Thank you for visiting our lounge.

・At breakfast.
She has been working there for several years now, and when she sees me, she smiles and says, “Good morning. Thank you for visiting us.

・The male staff member who spoke to me when I checked out was a male staff member who had worked there for some time.

I don't know the names of the staff, but I thought it was a good hotel run by a good staff.
