Totally agree , and it is safe in traffic has with its yellow color . Having spent the whole of last winter that otherwise featured plenty of cold running days if the words are the same jacket I think. An Ozone running jacket without inner and only as a shell that is windproof and waterproof to a lesser extent.
I would also recommend supermarket / Bilka cheap underwear , it's made of the same material as regular running gear . A long sleeve skiundertrøje and Ozone running jacket is plenty for me until 0 to minus 5 degrees. Then I add a running shirt beyond skiundertrøjen .
On the legs I use regular long running tights from newline , not winter edition. Those supplements I endten with a short running tights underneath to block the cold wind against your thighs or with the long skiunderbukser before taking on the really cold days.
Ok, I also run with a running / sports reflective vest , also believe I bought this cheap in the grocery canada goose expedition parka sales store / supermarket , it is really good as well as being visible in traffic to block the cold wind against the body itself .
The above has been fine in my case for both the short quick trips and long at about 20km even when it is below -5 degrees and in the blizzard . It is otherwise entertaining to run in the blizzard and meeting passers are bundled up in thick jackets and winter boots gaze strangely at you when you come along with thin tætsidende running gear: D
