Year-end Party with Shabu-shabu (part 1)

昨日（１２月２８日）は、弟と忘年会を楽しみました。(^^)
Yesterday (December 28th), I enjoyed a year-end party with my younger brother.
こちらのしゃぶしゃぶのお店に入りましたよ。
We went to this shabu-shabu restaurant.
「わきゅわきゅ
（わくわく♪）」
"Exciting♪"
飲み放題にして、まずは、ビールで乾杯！
Enjoy all-you-can-drink and start by toasting with beer !
しゃぶしゃぶ用のスープに熱を入れています。
Heat is added to the soup for shabu-shabu.
こちらは、和風ポン酢に柚子胡椒のつけだれ。
This is a Japanese-style ponzu sauce with yuzu pepper.
まずは、野菜を煮ます。
First, boil the vegetables.
白菜です。
It's Chinese cabbage.
むーちゃんが、大喜び。(^^)
Mu-chan is overjoyed.
そして、牛肉のしゃぶしゃぶ。
And beef shabu-shabu.
さくら姫が、大喜び。(^^)
Princess Sakura is overjoyed.
ここで、薬膳の材料が入っていないことに気づき、投入！
At this point, we noticed that there were no medicinal ingredients, so we added them!
オレンジ色のものは「薬膳火鍋風だし 大辛」だったのです。
The orange one was ''medicinal hot pot style dashi, very spicy''.
薬膳の材料は、八角、クコの実、花椒、棗の実、そして、竜眼です。
The medicinal ingredients are star anise, goji berries, pepper, jujube fruit, and longan.
これらを投入することで、だしが、格段に美味しなりました！
By adding these ingredients, the soup stock became much more delicious !
ひたすら、こちらで、しゃぶしゃぶを食べましたね。(^^)
We ate shabu-shabu here all the time.
