今日（９月２７日）の午前中、府中市の郷土の森で開催されている『曼珠沙華まつり』に、弟と行ってきました。(^^)
Today (September 27th) in the morning, my younger brother and I went to the Manjusha Festival held at Kyodo no Mori in Fuchu City.
自宅からバスで、京王線の聖蹟桜ヶ丘駅に出ました。
I took a bus from my house to Seiseki Sakuragaoka Station on the Keio Line.
急行電車に乗ります。
I'll take the express train.
「あねとーね
（ありがとう♪）」
"Thank you♪"
新型5000系の電車に乗れて、さくら姫は上機嫌です。(^^)
Princess Sakura is in a good mood after being able to ride the new 5000 series train.
分倍河原の駅前で、弟と待ち合わせ。
I met up with my younger brother in front of Bubaigawara station.
『曼珠沙華まつり』の幟（のぼり）が、はためいていました。
The banners of the ''Manjushaka Festival'' were fluttering.
さあ、府中市の郷土の森へ向かいましょう！
Now, let's head to the local forest of Fuchu City!
近辺の案内地図です。

バス停の正面には、新田義貞の像が建っています。
In front of the bus stop, there is a statue of Yoshisada Nitta.
分倍河原の近辺は、古戦場だったのです。
The area around Bubaigawara was an old battlefield.

郷土の森正門前で、バスから降りました。
We got off the bus in front of Kyodonomori main gate.
さて、郷土の森に行きましょう。
Now, let's go to the local forest.
郷土の森での『曼珠沙華まつり』は、今年が初の開催です。
This year is the first time that the Manjushaka Festival will be held at the local forest.
１万本ほどのヒガンバナは、昔から咲いていたのですが、最近になって、徐々に植え付けることで、３５万本まで増やしたようですね。(^^)
Approximately 10,000 Higanbana trees have been blooming for a long time, but recently, through gradual planting, it seems that the number has increased to 350,000.
こちらは、梅林にあるヒガンバナ。(^^)
This is Higanbana in Bairin.
とても綺麗ですね。(^^)
It's very beautiful.
