さくら姫がキッチンで、外を眺めていました。
Princess Sakura was in the kitchen looking out.
「姫、何を見ているんだい？」
"Princess, what are you looking at?"
「ひきょーきぎゅみょだよ
（飛行機雲だよ♪）」
"I'm looking at contrails♪"
「どれどれ」
"Let's see"
なるほど、見事な飛行機雲です。(^^)
I see, it is a splendid contrail.
けれども、写真を撮って10分もしないうちに、この飛行機雲は、青空に溶け込みました。
However, within 10 minutes after taking the picture, the contrail melted into the blue sky.
飛行機雲といえば、やはり、この名曲でしょう。(^o^)
Speaking of contrails, this is probably the most famous song.
【追記】 [Postscript]
この曲を聴くと、若くして亡くなった親友のことを思い出します。
This song reminds me of my best friend who died young.
まだ17歳という若さで、血液の癌により、逝ってしまいました。
He died of blood cancer at the young age of 17.
返す返すも、残念でなりません。
Even if I return it, I will not regret it.
