朝５時半に起きてジョギング、近くの池に行くと朝早くから沢山のサギが会議中だった。写真はうまく撮れていないけれど壮観、朝から得した気分！
先日の瞑想会では『拓く』がテーマだった、拓くとは、閉じていた物が広がった状態になる、との事で、宇宙を全面的に信頼する事かと思った。人間には究極的に自由意志はない、とも言われている。例えば、手を上げようとすると、その数秒前に『手を上げたくなる』衝動が起きるらしい。分かったような分からないような不思議な世界。でも本当かもしれない、と思っている。そして、そっちに行きたい。
I got up at 5:30 and went jogging to a pond nearby, there were a lot of white herons having a morning meeting. The picture is not well taken, but it was fantastic and lucky to see them!
I joined the meditation session the other day, the theme was "hiraku (open)." Hiraku means to open up or "what was closed becomes expanded." And I thought it to trust the universe fully. Also, it is said that humans ultimately have no free will. For example, when you raise your hand, it seems like a couple of seconds before there is an urge to raise your hand. What a mysteious world this is, I'm not sure whether I understand it or not. It may be true, and I want to go that way!!
