縁あって、私のブログにお越し頂いてありがとうございます。
11月になって、ぐっと寒くなってきましたね
冬服がなくて、押し入れの奥から昔の服を引っ張り出して着ています。
でも、思うんです。
趣味って、変わるんですよね
あの頃は気に入っていた服が、今はもう「可愛い」と思えなかったり
体型も少しずつ変わっていくし、なんだかしみじみ
最近「！！
」って思ったのは、
インスタで見かけた外国人の年配の女性たちが、ものすごく素敵だったこと
リン・スレーター、グレース・ガネム、リンダ・ロディン（私はこの人が特に好き）、そしてメイ・マスク（イーロン・マスクのお母さん）。
皆さん、本当にかっこいい！！
おしゃれで、潔くて、何より“自分らしさ”を貫いている
そして“生きることを楽しんでいる”。
その姿勢こそが、私たち世代にも大きな共感を呼び、多くの女性から憧れられている理由なんだと思います
私も、そんな風に年を重ねていきたい。
自分らしく、自由に、しなやかに
そして自分が選んだ道を正解にする
今日もありがとう、また明日ね。

It’s November, and the air has turned crisp and chilly.
Since I don’t have many winter clothes, I’ve been digging through my closet to find something to wear from years ago.
But you know what? Our tastes change over time.
What I used to think was cute doesn’t feel the same anymore — and my body shape has changed a bit too.
It made me a little nostalgic.
Recently, I was struck by something —
I came across some older women on Instagram who are absolutely stunning.
Lyn Slater, Grece Ghanem, Linda Rodin (my personal favorite), and Maye Musk — Elon Musk’s mother.
They’re all so cool, stylish, and unapologetically themselves.
Most importantly, they truly enjoy life.
I think that’s why so many women of our generation admire them — their authenticity, confidence, and joy in living.
I want to age like that too —
gracefully, freely, and in my own way.
