I was supposed to attend a wedding of O-chan,

but I have to help a symposium hosted by Bio medical engineering research center.


I have planed to go home while attend the wedding

because I couldn't do it during the year-end and new year holidays.


However it turns impossible.


Generally, attending a wedding is set aboce a work.

Although some people may disagree it, at least that is the way I look at it.


But I cannot persist my opinion just this once,

because of my position.


Now I get a salary from the research fund of the center.

The boss of the center, professer T, decided to give me a salary,

because I didn't have any income when I came here.


So it makes sense that I help the symposium in recognition of his services.

I always make a cup of coffee and bring it to my lab.

Before I got my tumbler, I bought a canned coffee at 140 yen every day.

But I found that it was waist of money, pledged that I make a cup of coffee every day for saving money and bought a tumbler at starbucks.


Despite I hate washing dishes, I wash my tumbler and cantinue to bring coffee every day.


This morning I brought the water to the boil and made a cup of coffee as per usual.

However I was gone to lab withleaving the tumbler of coffee on a table.


Although it came to my attention that I left the tumbler on my way to the lab, I was reconciled to go to lab and bought a canned coffee at 140 yen.

In these days it is very cold.


I don't know this coldness is within the normal range in Saitama

because of the first winter for me spending in Saitama, it's just, it is very cold.


Therefore, although I don't usually use air conditioner, I slept with the air conditioner on.

It just bring me a good night's sleep.


However, because warming a room by air cnditioner make a room dry,

when I wake up, I have a sore throat.

And I am worried I might catche a cold.


This winter I have caught a cold once, and experienced the suffering of the cold.

So, I never want to catche a cold.

I assist a lecture of my boss on every Wednesday.


The lecture is bioengineering experiment practice.


Students can learn how to measure physiological responses such as

blood pressure, heart rate and neuromuscular activity.


Because I got started to lecture about health from last thursday,

I assist my boss with learning how to lecture and attract students attention.


My boss is superior to attract his students.

He lectures with talking about funny story relate to the subject.


Just lecturing about substances of subject is not going to make a good education.

Dr. MH has been in our lab since september.


Although he had worked as a professor of an college in Hokkaido,

he gave up his title and went to US for investigation as a posdoc.


He wanted to be a top scientist, but he could not lead to positive results

and lost his position.


Because he had nowhere else to go, my boss invited him to investigate our lab

and achive satisfactory results.


That is why he always comes in lab early and study intensely.


However, today, he did not came out by noon.


I asked him what he had done.


He answered that he washed his clothes with buckwheat noodle which was sat on washing machine.

家に帰ったら,DAKARAが少し残ったコップの中で


アリが10匹ぐらい溺れ死んでた.



DAKARAを飲み残した俺が悪いのか,


DAKARAを飲もうとしたアリが悪いのか,


どちらにしても,無駄に命が奪われた.


ホテルバイトでお世話になった主任から頂いた言葉.



ただ伏すことに意味はない.


伏しながらも顔を上げ,目標を見据える.



いつ飛ぶのか,なぜ飛ぶのか,飛ぶべきなのか,


明確な「飛ぶ」意味に気付けば,はっきりとした目標が決まる.



その頃には,長時間の中腰姿勢維持により,

大腿筋線維の肥大に起因する筋力増大が起こり,


必ず高く飛べる.

週に一度のフットサル.


今日も坂を越えて行ってきました.




雨が続いて久しぶりの開催だったようで,人数多くて25人.


5チームに分けて,1チームは休憩でまわしました.




でも納得がいかない.


5人ぐらいはフットサル場の関係者.


こっちはお金払ってやってるけど,恐らく奴らはタダでやってる.



奴らがいなければ4チームで休憩なしでたくさんできるのに.




でも,文句は言わずに一人で激しく動き激しくプレスしてきました.


筋力維持のためには筋肉に刺激を与えないと.


激しく動くことがいい刺激になるはず.


一歩目をこんなに意識してサッカーするのは初めてです.




昔からやってればもっとフィジカル高い選手になれてたのかも.

金曜日から教授の部屋から実験室に移動.



今年できたばかりの5階建ての大きなきれいな建物の中に

一人ぼっちです.



でも快適です.



教授の近くにいられないのはもったいない感があるけど,


部屋も机も広々としてるし,トイレは近いし,誰もいないし,


きれいやし,机とイスの高さのバランス悪いし,


オートロックやから常にカードキー持ち歩かなあかんし,


暖房は効きにくいし,ごみ箱ないしで最高です.



研究がはかどりそうです.


はかどってないけど.


申請書なかなか書けません.

簡単にいえばどっち利きかってこと.



上肢で特に顕著で,利き手と非利き手では

その機能の高さに大きな違いがあるとのこと.


ただし,握力に関しては一側優位性はそれほど高くないらしい.




一方下肢はというと,まず偏向性(利き足,非利き足の区別)の同定すら難しく,

機能脚(利き足)と支持脚(非利き足)の機能的特異性に関しては

ほとんどわかってないらしい.


サッカー選手なんかははっきりとした一側優位性がみられるが,

その偏向性の程度がパフォーマンスに影響を及ぼすのか否かは

わからない.




という背景のもと,下肢の一側優位性を低下させることにより

運動パフォーマンスが向上することを証明しようという

研究のプレゼンを聞いた.






ロジックは大事です.
