BCAP②
本日も引き続いて、BCAPデー。
昨日は、レポートのドラフト（草稿）を皆で作成し、提出した。なので、本日は、プレゼンテーション用のパワーポイント・スライドの作成に集中。
プレゼンの時間は30分なので、スライドは15枚程度と決め、スライドごとにキーメッセージを決めていきました。プレゼンにおいて、何を伝える必要があるかを書き下ろしていたので、基本的には以下の質問を土台にして、プレゼンのストーリーラインを作っていきました。

1. Analysis of the industry (6-7 pages, hopefully)
・What is your clear definition of the industry?
・How much big is the industry?
・What are key features of the industry?
・How can you define market segment?
・Will the industry grow? Why?
・What are key opportunities and threats in the industry?
2. Competitive Analysis of the Industry (3-4 pages, hopefully)
・How do you analyze the nature of competition in the industry?
・Do you conclude the industry is attractive?
・How do you describe competitive positions of the key players?
・What are your insights/findings of the competitive positions?
・What are the key success factors in the industry?
3. Comparative analysis of Benchmarks (5-7 pages, hopefully)
・How do you describe the companies overview concisely?
・How do you comment of the current competitive positioning of the two?
・What are their strategies? Why do they choose those strategies?
・How do they create values from value chain perspectives? Are there specific differences?
・What are your insights/findings from the Du-Pont analysis of the two companies?
・Provide some financial footprints/ratios which clearly show their strategies or features.
・What is your evaluation for their current positioning? Are they doing well or not?
・For their future success, what do you recommend to the two.
*black shows that we already have PPT slides, and red shows that we need to develop slides.

ぼくは、1. Analysis of the industry（業界分析）を担当していて、スライドは既に大分作ったので、仕上げの段階です。一方で、3. Comparative analysis of Benchmarks（ベンチマーク企業の比較分析）は、スライドは何もできていない状態だったので、ページ・バイ・ページでスライド・イメージの共有を行い、何をアウトプットとするのか合意を図りました。
このあたりは、元コンサルの経験がもろに活きている部分ですね。
他のチームは、進捗が思い通りになっていないところもあり、結構シリアスになってたりもするようです。その点、今のところ当チームは順調に進んでいるのではないかと思っています。
ベイン＆カンパニーから社費派遣できているロバートとはけっこう息があって、なかなか楽しいです。
彼からは、ベインの社内事情をいろいろ聞いているので、近いうちにまとめたいと思っています。
