It has come near the times that 'not knowing' is the commit. We must study and know something more and more. Business, money, family, personal relationship, the law of these has changed from year to year. It has changed before we knew it. Populations in Japan is decreasing, but the number of the lawyers is increasing, so I think it has come the times near that Japan become a suit society like United States. In short, to need for protecting myself from them is only increasing the knowledge of myself.
Power harassment, sexual harassment, melancholia, death of overwork, suicide of overwork, overtime work of no money, administrative post only its name; these are negative keywords in our time. In the age Japan were a rapid economy growth, everyone wasn't very much aware of the mentioned above. I don't think never happening then. A whole nation didn't have enough time to think the problem and the economy in Japan was growing repidly. Perhaps damagers might not fall into a complex than now. Considering the matter from a different angle, it shall say the times was very sad.
I can't take an objective view as for administrative post only its name. A man should get the salary as the result of working, the consideration of the labor. That's a theory of a capitalistic economy. But, regretfully,Japanese companies don't rise to a level of civilizations. Thinking that why such a problems happen the same as overtime work of no money, because it need in Japan. If it didn't do so, many companies inJapan exaggeratedly will go bankrupt. Recently the consciousness of the law compliance is appearing among companies. But as a result, their business of many companeis will be poor. The number is truth, the past one is untruth, and now unconscious companies can't criticize of food trouble in China and companies that has sold food after a deadline.
Everyone is fearful that we may do an illegal act that we have no conscience at all. But as long as the age is getting on its way, to run away from the real is the crime too. The common sense before 10 years ago is now no common sense. I think that we need to act in concert with the flow of the age. But this is not easy for individuals and organizations. So we must study and know something more and more. It has come near the times that 'not knowing' is the commit.
「’知らない’ということが罪になる時代がすぐそこまで来ている。もっといろいろなことを勉強して、もっといろいろなことを知らなければならない。仕事、お金、家庭、対人関係など、その種の法律は年々変化してきているし、いつの間にか出来ている法律だってある。人口が減ってきているのに、弁護士の数は年々増えてきているのだから、日本もアメリカのように訴訟社会になる日は、決して遠い将来の話ではないと思う。結局のところ、最終的に自分の身を守るためには、自分自身の知識でしかない。
パワハラ、セクハラ、うつ病、過労死、過労自殺、サービス残業、名ばかり管理職、これらは全て、現代社会のビジネスにおける負のキーワードだ。日本が、高度成長を続けていた時代、これらのキーワードは、時代の中で問題視されていなかった。上記のことが起こらなかったということではないと思う。ただ、国全体として、これらの問題を考える余裕がないほど、経済が成長をしていたし、もしかしたら被害者も今よりは被害妄想に陥ってなかったのかもれない。違った角度から見れば、非常に悲しい時代でもあった。
名ばかり管理職の問題に関しては、客観的に意見を言うことはできない。給料というのは、仕事をした分だけ、結果を出した分だけ、労働の対価としてもらうべきものであり、それが資本主義経済の理論であるはずだ。しかし、残念ながら、日本の企業はそこまでいっていないと思う。サービス残業もそうだけれど、なぜこのような問題が起きてしまうのか考えれば、会社の中でそれの必要性があったからだ。そのようなことをしなければ、大袈裟に言えば、会社が潰れてしまうから起きるのだ。ようやく最近になり、コンプライアンス（法冷遵守）の意識が企業の中でも出てきてはいるけれど、その結果として、業績が悪くなる企業はたくさん生まれていくだろう。しかし、その数字が現実の数字であり、これまでの数字は’嘘’の数字なのだ。今もなお、コンプライアンスの意識がない企業は、餃子事件の中国や、賞味期限をごまかした企業を批判する立場ではない。
気がついたら、違法であったということが誰にでも起きてしまうような世の中は、誰だって怖いと思う。しかし、時代がそうなっている以上、逃げてしまうこともまた罪なのだ。１０年前の常識は、今では非常識になっている中で、必要なことはやはり、自分自身を時代に同調させることであると思う。しかし、これは簡単なことではない、個人にとっても、組織にとっても。だから、もっといろいろなことを勉強をして、もっといろいろなことを知らなければならない。’知らない’という事が罪になる時代がすぐそこまで来ている。」
