I provided respiratory training to the Nagoya Castle University Yacht Club.
During the first session, I delivered a detailed lecture on the mechanics of breathing and the functions of the autonomic nervous system, emphasizing the importance of improving these aspects. Using practical demonstrations, I ensured a thorough understanding of the topic.
Immediately after the lecture, the participants had the opportunity to put the knowledge into practice by getting on the yachts. They experienced the immediate effects of the training, feeling lighter in their bodies and being able to move with more control and ease. Many also reported an improved sense of balance.
Upon disembarking from the yachts, the participants were provided with suity (hydrogen) inhalation. They expressed a sense of calmness and reduced fatigue, and some even expressed a desire to get back on the boats for another round.
Given the enthusiastic response and the desire to further enhance their understanding, the coach expressed interest in organizing a second session in the near future.
