Today, I visited the Tatsunami stable and conducted lung activity training.

I was introduced to Ms. Kanuma, a professional golfer who also excels in the Suity Cup and happens to be a big sumo fan.

As I started the lung activity training, the wrestlers experienced a lighter burden on their shoulders, and those who had discomfort in their arms found that their arms could move more smoothly. They were delighted to feel a sense of relaxation. Furthermore, when they inhaled suity (hydrogen), they were able to enter a deeply relaxed state, to the point of feeling drowsy.

Combining lung activity and suity (hydrogen) allowed the wrestlers to demonstrate their full potential and perform brilliantly even in the scorching Nagoya tournament. We provided them with guidance to help them energetically participate and achieve outstanding results. We support their efforts wholeheartedly.
