８月末日までで３３８レッスンこなしたことになってます（欠席含む）
やっと折り返し地点を過ぎて、ＢＯＯＫ４に入りました。
自由度がだんだん高くなってきて、講師も誰でもいいというわけにいかなくなってきたなー
イングリッシュベルはレアジョブとかＤＭＭとかに比べて講師の品質管理は抜群だと思うんだけど。
それでもやっぱり、この仕事以外で全く英語使ってない講師もフツーにいるんだよね。
そういう人は、オープンクエスチョンでちょっとでもテキストと違うと、正しいか判断できなくて、結局テキストの答えを一言一句暗記しろってなる。
ま、それも間違いではないけど。
逆に、力のある講師だと、自分で判断して、問題がなければテキストと違う答えでも通してくれる。
問題は中途半端な講師・・・なんか妙な訂正付きで受け入れてくれたりするんだけど、今度は私が不安になるというか、それちょっと変・・・ってときがあるから、そんなレベルなら、テキストの答えに誘導してくれた方がまだマシなんだよね・・・
とまあそれはともかく。
最近Ｗｅｂカメラ使うようになったので、レッスン効率あがったかもってちょっと思います。
善し悪しだけど、あった方がコミュニケーションは圧倒的に取りやすい。
声だけの方が集中できるし、対面のスキル以外はない方が伸ばせるとは思うんだけど。
とりあえずＤＭＥに限っては、カメラがあると自分の口の動きも見えるし、講師もチェックできるから、少なくとも発音を気にしてる人は、絶対使った方がいいような気がするな。
なんというか、テキトーにしゃべってると口先だけで発音しちゃうときってあるじゃないですか。
viewのｖをvibrationがないとか、たぶん音だけでもわかると思うんだけど、
自分も視覚的にあからさまに「あ、今の口だけだったなー」ってわかって
なまけてる自分に喝入れられるっていうか。
