初めてでも経験者でも気軽にお友達を誘って、秋の清々しい空気の中ヨガを満喫しましょう。

2011/10/15 (土） 15:45-17:00 Mayuko's Birthday Special!!
16（日） 11:00-12:15
◉受付◉
15分前から代々木公園を入って噴水の奥にある中央広場で集まります。
◉持ち物◉
・ヨガマット（もしくはピクニックシートなど寝そべるスペースがキープできる敷物があれば大丈夫です）
・動きやすい服装（更衣室はないので公園か駅のトイレで着替えになります）
・タオルなど運動時に必要と思われるもの
・水※
※水について※
今回は日本各地のこだわり名水を水源から直送販売している「マザーウォータープロジェクト」から、
マザーウォーターオリジナル天然水を提供して頂くことになりました！
土日合わせてなんと48本も今回のパークヨガ参加者のみなさんにお渡しできるので、
１日２４本限定で早いもの順でお渡しさせて頂きます☆お楽しみに！
ちなみにこのお水はナチュラルローソン店頭でも販売しています。

今回、東日本大震災復興支援、また和歌山台風12号豪雨被害・緊急支援への募金を受け付けています。
ここで集まった募金は『ピースボート災害ボランティアセンター』へ寄付をします。
このNGO団体は、宮城県石巻市内を中心に支援物資搬送などの活動を行っています。

Starts 15minutes before the class.
We will get together in Yoyogi Park, Central Area after the big fountain.
◉Things you need to bring◉
・Your own yoga mat（You can use anything like picnic sheet as well which you can lay down)
・Yoga wear（There's no changing room so please change in a restroom in the park or Harajuku station)
・Towels, and things you think you need for exercise.
・Water＊

I'm happy to announce that 'mother water project' that delivers special mineral water from across japan straight from the fountainhead, contributes their original mineral water to our park yoga this time!!
We will give it out to the first lucky 24 yoga lovers!! Don't miss it!!

We set up the donation for Great East Japan Earthquake and Tunami, and also Typhoon #12 in Wakayama this time.
The Donation will be sent "Peace Boat Emergency Relief Operation Center".
This NGO Peace Boat has been active in Ishinomaki, Miyagi prefecture, committed to working long-term with the local community and local authorities to facilitate the safe return by residents to the still inhabitable areas of the town, and support a speedy re-generation of the community.
