Today, we will show you our lunch in response to non-Japanese friends’ requests from overseas. Some say they want to enjoy watching, under lockdown, what we Japanese eat in our daily life.
They want to learn Japanese, so I briefed some words and expressions in our conversations for reference at the end of this video. My family members cooperated with me to shoot it because they have been staying home under the state of emergency.
We often eat fish a little more than meat. Fish contains a lot of Omega 3 fatty acids good for our health.
