How are my English speaking people doing? Hope y'all are good, alive and chilling. I had a request of English blog the other day on twitter, so I may post in English at times here.
My recent activities has been new and exciting!!
After my sophomore album release and my show @hyphen bar in January (thank GOD it was a blast),my mindset is LOCKED on writing songs for this young female singer and of course PERSONA LIVE 2012.
She is 23 and just getting the touch of the industry. She listens to me a lot and tries to absorb everything I say so hopefully we can come up with something decent. Her producer and I go back and forth, exchange outlandish ideas, argue once in a while but respect each other. We work hard cuz we both want the same thing: A dopeass beat.
(btw y'all may not know but I had no musical background before 20. No music knowledge what so ever.I began rapping when I was in college, doing shows at parties, at clubs and didn't get serious til 23,4 or so.
So making a beat for me was like letting a dog race with horses, no chance, no good.I got curious though it was HAAAAARRRRRRD!!!! then "curiousity killed the cat and satisfaction brought him back." I worked part time bought MPC, messing around with samples....got a handle over it, now on DAW called SONAR X1.
Even though I get paid to make a beat now I will always be a student of music.)
Aight, so when I got this offer of writing a song(not a feature MC),
I was a bit hesitant at first but very much motivated for something new.
I went along with my instinct, and the song came out fabulous. Rock Flavor. That was an instigator too.
She and I will be lacing up two more songs together and I guess that will be my main thing for next two weeks.
And of course PERSONA LIVE 2012!!!April 8th!!!
Man I cannot wait to explode on stage!!! There will be more than 5000 ppl.
WOW that's HEAT!!! the LIGHT STICKS!!!
We and I think I can refer we as all the band members and staff, just are grateful everytime we get a chance to perform. It's unfortunate that there are good number of fans abroad who just can't make it. BUT in the near future if y'all wanna see the band outside Japan, it's really up to the fans to make it happen. So post up on twitter, listen to the CDs and make sure you show love if you love it. Haters can just hit "fast forward."
There are several more upcoming projects, but I will post again when the time comes. Until then, hope yall enjoy my second album CARPE DIEM, coming in early March on iTunes, sorry for the delay. The actual CD will be available soon international through paypal. And you can find me @lotusjuice. Follow me if you don't mind my ridiculous tweets

昨日NBA見てた人います？Knicks vs Lakers。
バスケを小学校から高校まで真剣にやってたオレはNew York Knicksが大好きでした。
当時はPatrick Ewingという不動のセンターがいて、
それに加え猛者といわれるバッドボーイたちがコート上で悪さしてましたw
John Starks, Charles Oakley, Charles Smith, Anthony Mason, Derek Harper, Greg Anthony...etc,.
ちなみにPatrick Ewingはかの有名なスラムダンクの赤木キャプテンのモデルです。
とにかくすげーんですよ。こんなごつい顔なのに奇麗なショットを打ちます。顔は関係ねーか。
当時は宿敵Indiana Pacersとの確執があって、試合中にヘッドバット事件なんかもありw
毎回白熱した戦いがMadison Square Gardenで行われていたわけです。優勝はできなかったけど、優勝争いに食い込むくらい検討してました。
あの時の熱気が懐かしいって感じてて、
最近日本だと時間帯も違うから無理してあまりバスケみなくなって、
Knicksも混乱したようなプレイばっかしてたから今年もあんま見る気しねーなって思ってたら
やってくれましたよ。NEW YORK IS BACK ALIVE.
MSGが今年あんな熱気に包まれるとは思ってなかった。
噂は聞いてたんですよね。一人の選手がKnicksで旋風を巻き起こしてると。
その彼の名前はJeremy Lin。
ハーバード大学卒業の台湾系アメリカ人という異色な経歴。
スターティングメンバーの怪我で、監督も更迭されそうになっていた時に、
控えの控えの控えだったJeremy Lin選手が出場機会をもらって大活躍どころかここ５試合で軸の選手に。
３８点、決めちゃったからね。一昨日。Kobe３４点。
アジア人がNBAに出てるってことも物珍しいからアメリカでもとてつもなくはやってるんだろうけど、何よりスキルがある。
上から目線すると、ずっと起点となるポイントガードがいなくて、みんなを生かせる選手っていないのかよ？って１月に思ってたんで、まさかこんな人がいるとは思ってませんでしたよ。
彼の名前にちなんでNYは
Lin-Sanity (Insanity) 熱狂
Lin-credible (Incredible)信じられない
Lin-vincible (Invincible)素晴らしい
などなどな言葉がはやりはじめてます。
これから調子悪くなったら結局アジア人はダメだとかの話になったり、
racial issueはずっとつきまとうけど、がんばってほしいですね。
やる気でた。
